Christian Lorenzo has built a reputation as the guy who tells you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. His strong work ethic and transparent, advisor style approach have helped clients navigate the market successfully since 2019.

Before real estate, Christian spent a decade in the hospitality industry, experience that shaped how he works with clients today. Since making the switch, he's helped clients transact over $100 million in real estate by being direct, putting in the work, and following through. "I want the process to feel straightforward. No surprises, no jargon, just real information so people can make good decisions with confidence."

That straightforward approach extends to the numbers. Christian has a genuine interest in finance, and he likes nothing more than sitting down with clients to actually run the scenarios: what different price points look like month to month, how a renovation budget affects the math, what a move really costs versus what people assume it costs. "A lot of people make real estate decisions based on a number they heard somewhere. I'd rather sit down and look at your actual numbers so you know exactly what you're working with."

Christian also has a passion for new construction and development. He's based in Lake Nona, where communities like Sunbridge, Everbe, and the Narcoossee corridor in St. Cloud are growing fast. When he's not helping clients, you'll find him out filming the progress: new builders, new floor plans, new amenities going in before most people even know the community exists. "With new construction especially, things change month to month, and being out there filming it means I see it firsthand."

Christian leads the team's Central FL Local YouTube channel, where he covers all the growth and development happening in Central Florida: real information about new construction, growing communities, and what it's actually like to live there.

Outside of working real estate and creating YouTube videos, Christian trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and rarely goes anywhere without a camera. Duke, his dog, is a regular fixture in both his content and his everyday life.

Christian is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, and the Space Coast Association of Realtors.
