Bailey Moss established herself early on in real estate and has built a reputation for being a go to source for discovering Space Coast life.

Bailey came to real estate with a background in hospitality, and that experience shaped how she works with clients: listen first, anticipate what someone needs before they ask, and make a stressful process feel manageable.

Before settling on the Space Coast, Bailey lived across the Southeast: Georgia, South Carolina, and a handful of states in between. Each move taught her something about what she actually wanted in a place to call home. "I wanted the coast. I wanted a life that happened outside." When the Space Coast came into the picture, it clicked fast. "Within my first few weeks here, I stood outside watching a rocket launch light up the entire night sky. The next morning I was paddleboarding the Banana River before work. I kept thinking... this is just my regular morning routine."

That firsthand experience with relocating, more than once, is exactly why Bailey became a REALTOR® and relocation specialist. She's also one of the most driven people on the team, the kind of person who shows up early, does the research, and treats this like the career she's building, not just a job.

Bailey's also the person to ask about what's actually happening around town. Beachside farmers markets, new restaurant openings, local events, the things that don't show up in a listing but make a neighborhood feel like home, she keeps up with all of it. She's the voice behind @thespacecoastlocals on Instagram, sharing the real, lived in side of Space Coast life.
